14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original, pristine, and unworn condition. All original packaging, authenticity cards, certificates, and security tags must be fully intact and attached.

Exclusions: Bespoke commissions, personalised items, and pieces that show any sign of wear or alteration are strictly non-refundable.
